Vermited snails? spionid worms? Other?

These little buggers are buiding sand tubes everywhere and have these mucus like strands that retract. They are in the sand and on the live rocks. They are everywhere. Very ugly, also dont know if they are hurting my coral or making life hard for my sandsifting star fish considering the tubes are everywhere. New to salt water any help is appreciated VIDEO HERE

What you have are spaghetti worms. They are a very common, safe, and useful hitchhiker. They will feed on debris in your tank. It's normal to have these throughout your tank and for them to even grow in your filters, but if they really start getting out of control it is probably a sign you are overfeeding a bit.

I would also say seeing these types of invertebrates thrive is a good sign your tank is maturing in the right direction.
