Versa issues

Purchased a new Versa pump to dose NO3:PO4X in my Nuvo 20 (1.5ml per day, over 10 seconds) however it seems to lose its prime and doesn’t dose anything. I read the posts about the issue with the o rings, is mine one that has this issue from the picture? I’ve started a ticket with ecotech and waiting to hear.

I think the Versa issue was corrected by the company. Probably too obvious, but have you checked that your line and fittings from the dosing container to the pump are snug? Other problem might be if there isn't a way for air to get into the dosing container.

One simple test would be to prime the system and then remove the line from the container and place it into a cup. See if anything leaks back out.

Thank you, we will get you taken care of via your customer service. Whether or not your pump would might need the upgraded carrier would depend on your manufacture date which is located on the back of the unit.
