Versa not connecting

I have a versa dosing pump that had stopped running due to gears being gunned up. Repaired pump but now won’t connect back to my phone to start program again.
Tried unplugging and reliving into mobius.
Just spins and then states can’t connect to pump.
Mobius won’t allow me to get to settings or anything. Goes right to trying to connect to versa.
Only have this one versa on mobius. No other equipment is on mobius.
Is there some kind of reset?

The possibility that that particular versa is connected to another "tank" in mobius. I'm just guessing.

There's a pinhole in the back of mobius that allows you to reset to factory. Hold it for 10 seconds and then it should show up when adding it to your current tank.

That’s exactly what it was. However the reset button inside had broken from the chip board so it had to be reconnected.
Had a friend fix that.
