Vertex Libra Doser power supply

Hi everyone
I need someone with electrical knowledge to chime in. I recently was given a long libra dosing pump with a power supply. Unfortunately the company went out if business and I don't know where I can find one.
If someone can help me find a similar one from Amazon that would work, I would really appreciate it. Because I have no idea how to read or understanding these electrical rating. I hope I can find one to make it work so this equipment won't become landfill.
