Is this a good level of flow or is it too strong? I have x2 MP40qwd set to 50% reef crest on my 120g.

I would say it is a good flow rate for your Milli. I use Reef Crest mode as well, really happy with it...

Flow looks good! That is some real clean looking rock. How old is the tank?

I have a 3' cube with two mp60s qd and two mp40 qds. 60's are at 60 percent and the 40's are 100 percent all reef crest most of the time. As long as flow is random it's hard to have too much. I like thick growth and this defiantly helps.

Shoot that's nothing. I go ntm at 90% with 2 mp40qd and a mp10 on back wall. All on a standard 75 gal.
