Video uploads?

I am trying to upload some video's from my Mac, but it reject's them every time saying it doesn't support m4V. How am I supposed to upload them?

Sorry in advance, I know there is probably some thread somewhere on how to do this or what format it's supposed to be in..... couldn't find it....

I've never uploaded video to here before, but what about doing a youtube or vimeo upload and then embedding the link? Right about the text window is a media icon that looks like two film strips, you can just put the link to the video in there and I believe it will embed the video.

The forum software only supports embedding videos from the following sources: Dailymotion, Facebook, Liveleak, Metacafe, Vimeo, YouTube
