Vinyl Concrete Patcher by Quikrete

I have some Quikrete concrete patch #1133 and was wondering if it would be safe to use it in my aquascape? The container lists the ingredients below but also adds" other improved ingredients".

I wouldn't use it. There are plenty of cheap aquascape cements like marcorocks e400

Why do you want to use this over other products you know are safe?

I already had some on hand. Since they don't list all the ingredients, I doubt it is a good idea to use it.

I cannot be sure. It is likely OK, but the vinyl might be a source of tin.
