If you drop a light in the water, unplug. Take it to a sink and Throughly douse/soak it in RO/DI Water. Go to the store and get a couple gallons of distilled water. Throughly douse/soak it in the Distilled Water. Dry it out, do not use Isopropyl Alcohol on it unless it is unscented 99% or above. 70% 90% Isopropyl can wipe out Memory Chips / EPROMS. Even 99% can Soak off the label, if light hits the little window, it is wiped. BTW, 100% !Distilled water will not conduct electricity, till you get into the 10K volt ranges, then the acidity starts to change rapidly.
