When you dose vitamin c do you just use a pill that you swallow. How many milligrams and do you dissolve it. I have a frag that has some flesh showing. I dipped it. Is vitamin c a good idea to dose. how long should I dose it and how much. Its a total of 180 gallons.

Get the buffered vit C powder. Iherb sells sodium buffered Vit C powder.

iherb is a brand. you can find it online at some of the online health food stores. i big bottle should be around 12 bucks or so.

i use kent marine-c LFS has it has instructions right on the bottle cost about 14.00 for 4oz and last forever

I use sodium ascorbate crystalline powder 100% pure buffered vitamin C Pharmaceutical grade PH 7.1 from NutriBiotic. Works great!
