That looks like a nice tabling acro. Im no confetti expert in any shape or form as i only have a frag growing out now. I will say this though. The confetti is super vibrant with red on the tips and pinkish color. The pic you provided is no where near that. Not even in the ball park compared to the colors i see on mine.
it's hard to get a proper picture of it. mine it more purple/pink rather then red but that could be lighting.
to me the polyps looks the same along with the growth pattern.
I spotted this picture near the start of this thread which does look similar to mine

Nice tabling growth!

It looks nothing like my confetti colony under T5s or Radions. It doesn't look like my Tyree Pinky the Bear either under T5s.

Hi Warby, just scroll up. My pictures are taken under 14k. I've also shared some actinic only pictures of it as well.

FWIW, I've never seen that bright green center in either my mini colony under Radions or my larger colony under T5s. I've yet to see anybody else get it either but there's always hope.

If I understand correctly, Vivid lost their main mother colony but still have several daughter colonies in other tanks they can frag from.

Ty, you’re correct about Vivid. I was in last weekend and spoke to Brandon about it.

Here are my two colonies that grew from the same frag.

Nice! You're getting the green in the first colony. Can you tell is about the par, spectrum, and lighting its under?

What’s the par difference in those two colonies?
I'll measure this weekend and let you know. They are at the same level in the tank but the second one grew out pretty shaded by a coral above it that I removed a month or so ago. It was much lighter with very little green when I first removed the shading coral and has gotten deeper color with more green since. So my conclusion is that with my nutrient level the Confetti gets more green with more light.

It grew out under a 60" 8 bulb sunpower (6- B+ and 2 C+) with Reefbright supplements. For the last two months its been under Radions spaced 5 inches apart on AB+ schedule with 4 t5 supplements in the aquatic life fixture (2B+ and 2 Actinic). I haven't notice much of a color change since changing over.

Thanks. Mine is under a Sunpower as well but my spectrum is more white than yours. I wonder if more blues gives it that green base?

My colony in my frag tank has a blue/green base... Like almost pearlberry like.... But not green green.

would you say this is a vivid confetti acro..... taken under 16k lighting with no filters.
to me it looks very very similar but it's hard to find a picture that's not taken with filters e.t.c.

Honestly mine looks a lot like that under daylight and it's straight from vivid.
