Cool - let us know how it goes. The WB AIO are tough to do since they have that single inlet Y fitting. If you find the stock plumbing behind the back wall too restrictive, you may be able to do a little DIY and plumb that mightjet in with 1/2in PVC or flexible pipe up to the stock inelt, and get the most output you can out of it.

Either way, I am be very interested to see how this goes for you - please keep us posts.

Thanks @Vivid Creative Aquatics for the help.

The 1/2" RFG kit for Waterbox/Red sea work great using the Mighty-jet mid size 538gph at max flow.
I had used the wrong fitting installed and once Antonio explained I was using the wrong fitting but being creative at that lol it works fantastic!

Those stock nozzles WB provide really don't flow properly, well they do but they also blast the corners as you need to point them down to not create a siphon and have air being sucked down and spitting it through the water column. Having 2 MP10's create amazing flow and the RFG's really compliment the system now and the fish are out scouting around like never seen before in this tank. I'll attach some photos and video shortly.

That looks pretty good - you can see the RFGs randomizing, as they pulse the surface nicely. Thank for sharing
No problem, The one on the left really randomizes flow and the right side has an MP10 flowing across it and is a little harder to see but once I turn the bubblier on you can certainly see it changing flow. I tried to video it yesterday but the bubbles were to intense to even see the back area lol. cant wait to see if I can adapt the step down single adapter and then try the step down with the 1/2"-1/2" Y adapter. I love to see what I can concoct out of all these adapters.

Will let you know how they work in different combinations and how they preform ;)

@Vivid Creative Aquatics

Check this out, your step down adapter with the single 1/2" RFG! I had lots of thread sticking out and was able to just screw it on tight. It's not quite a perfect fit to cover the hole through the glass but a thin flat black washer will fix that problem. That Y adapter is going to be golden as I'll be able to angle it a bit more downwards and have the RFG's flush with the surface and have a lower flow and really nice current in the water. PLUS it'll be low profile ;)

That's awesome!

I always wondered if the new Flex version of the 19mm slip-fit-drop adapter could fit this tank . This will be YUGE for owners of the Waterbox AIO series, as that has bene one of the most difficult tanks to adapter the RFG to.

Thanks for sharing!

You said to press it on, well it's pretty hard to, but just get it to grab and just turn it and it threads right on nice and tight. No chance of being knocked off lol.. thanks Antonio, I better put a lock line on it before the water randomizes over the top of the tank lol.. it's cool when air gets pulled into the inductor and the swirl is crazy.. looks like a wild whip going around! Thanks for brainstorming with me and I'm just glad to give you solid evidence it does fit and indeed works. Next I'll post when that 1/2"-1/2" Y adapter comes in and I get it installed and flowing. So stay tuned!

PS: it's creating a tidal flow/surge in the system now which is amazing!

judging by that video, you will definitely have enough flow to drive two 1/2in RFG Nozzles

Any updates on this tank? how do you like the Innovative Marine Mighty-jet DC 538 midsize return pump?
I have the same tank with mostly RBTAs and 2 clowns, using the sicce silent 1.0 as the sicce 1.5 was too noise.

After a long battle of dinos and diatoms the tank is doing great. As for the mighty jet 538 it's whisper quiet and at max flow it's got the perfect amount of water height in the display. Added a UV from auqua ultraviolet as well.

Plating Montipora finally starting to take some shape. After 2 bottles of PNS Pro bio and a 500 ml bottle of microbactor7 and microbactor7 clean along with a 500ml of Neophos everything is in balance now. Bye bye dinos and diatoms. I've got 3 tiny tuffs of GHA but they not doing anything so leaving it alone for now. One month of settling in for the Monti. I'll take some good photos when my maxspect coral viewer lens comes in later this week or early next week.

Ditched the tunze 9004dc skimmer for the Aquamaxx bullet 2 and it fits the Waterbox 35.2 second chamber beautifully! NOW I have a dead silent system! The tunze had a growling noise from the air intake. Skimmer was always iffy on skimmate. Just to many issues with it so despite the Aquamaxx being a HOB it really doesn't take away from the looks of the tank. Function over Aesthetics is what my wife says.

Hi! I just got a waterbox 35.2 and I love the communication on this thread!

I do have a question. Your old setup is the same as mine right now. Mighty jet Mid at max blast paired with two 1/2 RFG from vivid aquatics.

Right now I am cycling the tank but I think I don’t have enough flow from the mighty jet.

I have the problem where there the return chamber and second chambers (next to return) are the same water height. Did you fix that problem?

Thanks in advance!

I think your refering to me having the UV and an imbalance?

If your using the 1/2" rfg try the largest pipe from the mighty jet as it'll really crank out the flow. You may need to refresh my memory on which post your referencing ;)

I got rid of the stock return line and now use this hose as it will fit the largest pipe for the pumps return and still fit the Y adapter.

In my old set-up I had 2x2 bio cubes in both 2nd chambers and then moved them into the first chambers. I use a small vivosun pump in the second chamber set to almost the lowest flow into the UV which is returning into the center chamber. To get gid of the water splash I've taken one of the black filters included in the WB and cut a thick piece and wedged it between the baffle and basically it chokes enough flow off and also gets rid of any water splash from the UV.

I've been dealing with Dino's and diatoms and found that by dosing 2 different strains of live phyto and a cap full of MB7 once the light goes out daily /nightly has basically fixed the uglies. I also change the one (only) sock out every 2nd day with a clean one. The skimmer is now sitting in the right first chamber and set it to skim wet as it's removing the Dinos when they release at night. Been helping a ton doing it that way. I'll turn the UV light off for 7 hrs and kill the MJ pump off for 30 min when dosing phytoplankton and MB7 to give enough time to not get sucked into the sock. I have a smart plug that I set a timer for the 30 minutes to turn the return pump on, and the UV bulb as well. Oh and second chamber I just use the black filter but nothing in the left 2nd chamber that houses the UV pump.

My red plating monti is taking off as you can see here. A few posts up I show the coral that I took a photo of in November so the system is working itself out nicely.

it comes with 3 fittings. 1/2,5/8, and 3/4. The tubing fit the 1/2 fitting from the mighty jet and the elbow the waterbox came with.

I think it’s the same tubing you got from Amazon
