Hello everyone. I recently purchased a few boxes of water box brand sea salt mix. The bags seems to vacuum sealed. When I opened the bag to pour it out it was hard and shaped to the bag. I broke it apart and it is now the consistency of powdered sugar with a few clumps. I mixed up a batch to 1.026 sg and alk is at 8.4 and cal is at 420. It's advertised at 8.5 and 360 cal. So it is mixing fine to me. Is anyone else experiencing this with the water box salts? Should I be worried of the way it looks or should it be fine as long as it's mixing right?
