Hello,
I had back surgery about a week ago. I had been using an old return pump to pump water from mixing bucket to the tank. When I went to do my water change last night I found my pump was dead. Buckets can roll, but I found that pushing the full bucket (even on wheels) was a bit much right now.
Needless to say, water change did not happen considering I'm not supposed to be lifting more than about 5lbs for the next few weeks at least.
What is a relatively cheap pump that you guys can recommend that has a decent amount of head pressure? Ideally I'd like to be able to just run my hose from the laundry room where my mixing bucket lives to the tank. Ideally I'd like to not need to move the mixing bucket. This would put it at a 20-25ft run of hose and then the one tank sits 4ft off the floor, the other would be going right into the sump which is only about 18" from floor to top edge. I can cut this in half by moving the bucket before water change, filling the bucket (with the same pump), mixing, then doing the water change.
Thanks in advance!
