Nice tank.
You have got a bunch of answers already. Regarding too much flow, that is dependant on the inhabitants that you keep. Predominantly SPS, I'm not sure you could have too much flow... within reason. I think with what you have now, you are fine. Look for dead spots where there is little or no flow and siphon the detritus out... or get ANOTHER pump!!!
