Water Movement in A Reef Tank

I'm new to the reefing community (less than one year). But believe A key to great Corals is Water movement and Flow. It is more important than most new reefer realize and not talked about enough. (I've watch many Videos). I have had only a few corals die and I think water flow and movement played a big part.

In order how I have growth for my corals

1. stability - this is the big one
2.lights
3. Flow
