Replacement doors and drain arrived this week, both under warranty, both Installed without any issues.
Aquascape is about 90% of the way done and I hope to have that in the tank by this weekend!

Nero 5 is good for 13mm glass. Your tank is 19mm.

Ive faced this issue with planning my office build. I was going to do octopulse 4 (x4) with wave engine. The pumps are only 207 each without controller! Sadly, the upgraded magnet is $70 alone.

Basically I've come to the realization I will go with Ecotech or Gyres (maybe both).
This mite be late for you , but octo pulse 4 for 19mm glass could have worked well without the add on magnet. I was using octo pulse 2 on 19mm glass n it dint budge once hooked.
Thanks

I will keep that in mind. I actually ordered two Maxspect XF350's and I will be installing them one day later this week.

Ok fast forward several months. The new house is complete and we have moved in. The tank will be delivered from storage in the next couple of weeks but in the meantime I decided to upgrade my current mixing station and picked up 2 - 75 gallon tanks from Tank Depot. I managed to find a somewhat local location and I was able to pick them up and save on the shipping cost, which if you have ever tried to have these things shipped they want a small fortune.

I am still figuring out how I want to plumb them. I plan to follow all the basic mixing station design aspects. I do know I will continue to use the Neptune Dos for AWC but I would also want a way to move large amounts of water to/from the display.

My mixing station pump is a pan world pump with adequate head pressure to make if from the mixing station to the tank (directly below) in the basement.
I also have an spare DC return pump that can be used to send water from the tank to a drain in the basement. I am not thinking that would be permanent in the tank/sump but would be pulled out of storage when the need arises. I have seen 3-way valves on a few mixing stations so I may go that route.

If you have any suggestions please comment below.

Quick update. The tank was delivered on Saturday and I plan to start leveling the stand and installing all the AWC lines this week now that I can pinpoint the location behind the stand.

I have been busy plumbing the mixing station. It’s about 95% done I just need to install one more fitting and extent the tubing through the floor and up to the sump for AWC as well as an additional flexible tubing from the saltwater storage tank that will connect to the barbed fitting in the last photo that will be used to send bulk amounts of water to the tank should the need arise.

I almost forgot I ordered a Reefmat 1200 that has arrived so I also need to modify the factory sump to accept the Reefmat. I will post pictures when I start that process.

I also placed an order with ClearView Lids during the holiday sale they had and now that the tank is here I will be measuring all the cutouts and getting those dimensions off to them for fabrication.

Installed the Reefmat 1200 and was not difficult if you take your time and use the Redsea sump modification kit.

With everything reinstalled I started cycling the tank with Dr Tims since every store around me was out of Fritz and after 8 days the tank was fully cycled. Next up move the Apex controller from my holding tank and get that reinstalled and configured. I will also be automating my RO/DI production as well setting up AWC with the DOS

Well they cycle finished in 12 days. and the tank is ready for fish.
Neptune Systems Apex move is also complete and I really like the look of the clean look of Adaptive Reef controller board.
