Waterbox 25g SPS Reef

Thanks! Yeah it’s a good little tank.
I did test on the back wall briefly, but switched to the current positions for a few reasons-
The flow was too much for the euphillya.
I wanted a frag rock of acros on the back wall, and for convenience of cleaning the Nero 3’s (the magnets in the back were a pain to remove every week)

Festive update

Added a second AI blade (grow) + a few more frags - red planet, rainbow stag, pinky the bear

Do you know what sort of par you're getting? Do the blades not block out any light from the XR15?

I use the high intensity lens on the XR15 so the spread is pretty narrow from the height it’s mounted, so the blades don’t block/shadow.
I get around 550-650 par on most of the acros, the sand bed is around 350

Wow nice. Did the blades add a lot or does the XR15 pack a punch?

Yeah the XR15 is great, but the blade grow definitely pumps the par and fills in the shadows nicely.
All the lights are at 100% and the peak is a 4 hour window before ramping down the whites in the afternoon

Our cat enjoys a quiet moment with the tank
