Waterbox Felt Filter Sock 2.75"

I have a WB Mini Peninsula 25 and the felt filter sock 2.75" are a pain to clean. They can't really be turned inside out. I was wondering if there was anyone here that has one and has found mesh filter socks for that size or use an alternate to the filter sock. Thanks in advance.

Check with BRS who MAY be able to order mesh

I don't think mesh socks are really that effective. There are a number of companies that make filter cups to fit the WB 2.75 sock holder. Kraken Reef and Octo Aquatics to name just two of them. I use the one from Kraken.

The socks didn't last a week with me. Too small to be efficiently cleaned and too fussy to put up with.

I feel the same way about the IM filter socks. They clog so fast. Makes me want to set up the same size tank with a sump so I can get a fleece roller
