wave maker and powerheads

Hey guys, yesterday I purchased a sicce wave maker. I wish I was rich enough to get the ecotech equipment.
I hooked them up to my Hydor koralia 750 powerheads.
One of the powerheads reverses the flow every other time, and the other every few cycles.
They also make a rowdy noises when flowing backwards, and the turning on will spin off the housing that holds in the fan.

So, I'm looking into getting different powerheads.
What kinds would you guys recommend and why?

If you have a sicce wave maker why not get a sicce power head. It seems like they would be designed to be used together.
