Hello I am mikew's wife shannon..

Thoes of you who know me and mike. Last night Mike steped in to stop a fight with our neighbor. It was a 17 year old and 4 grown men. It started because one of the grown men urinates on his house. Mike steped in because we know the kid and couldn't not watch 4 down mean do that. spent 5 hours in Atlanta medical. He got stabbed 2 times, once under his chin with 14 stitches. The other one went through the septum of his nose and inch deep and almost through both nostrils. That ones had 12 stitches and might need plastic surgery. Please keep him in your thought and if you are a religious person your prayers also. They local police are trying to find them but nobody seems to know who they are. We WA are trying to make it thoughthe best we can. I will keep thoes who are close friends and others updated. Thanks you

wow what the heck is the world coming too! This is outragous. A inocent man trying to break up a fight has to get stabbed mulitple times? Im speeckless. My thoughts and prayer go out to you and your husband

Thank you everyone. Sad thing to say but as might have to tear down the Reef to cover bills and surgery. I am going have to take time off work due to not being able leave him with the kids. Thing just seem a downward spiral right now. I would post pics but not sure if the site would alow it

My thoughts and prayers are with your husband and family. He must be a tremendous person, willing to stand up for what is right, even at risk. That is the definition of "good", doing what is right even though it may cost you.

Hey Guy. This is Mike I wanted to thank all of you. I am in a ton of pain my nose cartladge (spelling) got cut an inch deep and under my chin has a 4 inch cut also. The cut under my chin sits 1/2 inch from my Adams apple. And my nose may need plastic surgery.

I want to thank everyone for the kind words and prayers. I wish I had the pleasure to meet you all so I could shake hands.

Wow there are so few people these days that would do something like that.. You are deff in my prayers and i wish you the best of luck with your recovery!!! Rev if thier bills get out of hand can we take a collection to help???

Thank you for the thought. I would feel bad if you guys did that. I may just year the tank down to pay what's needed. We just had to use our back rent money to pay the Co pay at the er. Things are nuts. My wife is taking time off work because she is a wreck about all this and I am in enough pain that she does not want to leave me with 2 children by myself. My 7 year old little girl said she wants to move because scary and not safe. I feel terrible that she witnessed this tragedy.

It is crazy that with in a matter of 2-3 mins something like this can turn someones world upside down. I am gonna post a link for thoes who are interested in the severity of this.

The pic of the chin sits 1/2 inch from the Adams apple. the nose is cut an inch in through the cartledge and 12 stitches and possible plastic surgery.
