I know the area well. I worked on the construction of the original Trade Center and there was a huge fish store in the 60s a few blocks away on Chambers Street.
Crowded area.

Not as bad as SoHo where i was working. I did move to Bronxville out of Queens so commute is much easier in and out easy.

Yeah the whole downtown area is so different.....almost weekly
