Weekly or Biweekly water changes

Good afternoon guys,

I have a Fluval M90 36g all in one tank. Since the tank cycled I have been doing weekly water changes of 3 gallons. I always do it on Mondays but yesterday I checked the calcium level for the first time and it had a level of 440. I've been told that too much calcium is also bad. Should I start doing biweekly water changes of 3 gallons or just continue doing them weekly? I use Red Sea salt mix.

440 is not bad. It's just right :)

What are you PO4 and NO3 levels?
Livestock?

These can dictate water change regime but all tanks are different.

But that reading was taken the night before the water change. I just don't want to be wasting salt and water since after a week of the water change the calcium level is over 400 assuming that after the water change is going to be more than 440. I was just wondering if I could just do biweekly changes

N03 is 0

A clean up crew
2 cleaner shrimps
Lawnmower blenny, bicolor blenny, two clowns
Frogspawn, green tongue, some zoas, a Ricordea, toad stool and a condy anemone

Try and monitor bi-weekly water changes, testing 12hrs after your changes and see how you get on.

Ok cool thanks. I think Ill skip this week's water change and go from there. So I read that 380 calcium is the minimum for a healthy reef tank. Is that right?
