Weird acting Chromis

i have one Chromis ( have 4) that for the last week has been in the upper corners of the tank away from others.
He is not too easy to catch
He looks Ok no skin issues, no fast breathing just hiding in the corner. I have had these guys for well over 17 months
Any ideas

Ya Cromis are aggressive are the others picking on him. I would bet aggression

Often the largest chromis will single out and bully the smallest, over time until death, and then move on to the next, and so on. That would be my guess.

Interest started out with 5 last Feb, lost one in Aug along with other fish, really have not noticed any aggression I'll have to watch them

Ya you hear people say to keep Cromis in higher numbers to avoid one fish being tormented however it's like jrwoltman said they usually pick one off at a time

What is strange ( to my eye anyway) they all look identicol in size

Well you guys looks like your right just watched one bullying one of the others

I have a chromis that does the same thing. He just kinda hangs out in the top front corner at times. He's done it for over a year now. Almost looks like he's sleeping or resting there. Healthy happy fish, just kind of a weirdo.

Well up until a week ago they were all (4) together all the time. Now one is in hiding, one is in the corner and we just watch one bullying another. He's going out into the QT for a while. If I had room in the sump he be in there but it's full of Cheato
