Weird behavior with my matted filefish

I got a matted filefish to help with the aptasia in my biocube 29. He swam around the first night I got him but for the past 4-5 days he won't move from behind my powerhead. My bicolor psuedo has been aggressive to new shrimp I added to the tank, is it likely that the filefish is being bullied by the bicolor?

Matted tilefish can be pretty timid. A degree of secrecy is normal, but aggressive tankmates can make them even more timid.
