These have been growing on one of my zoa's for a while, anyone know what it is?

They look like sponges to me.
Do they feel soft to the touch?

I haven't tried touching them yet, though I did sort of crush a part with a pippette and it seemed to be pretty soft. I don't know if these are bad or not but it looks pretty concerning

Keep a eye on it if it grows larger.
On the moment not to worry as your polyps are still open.
