Wet side issue

The wet side of my mp 40 spins in place while the pump is operating. It doesn't make any sound or not make it function it just spins and ever once in awhile there is a splash at the top of my water from it rotating. Any ideas

That sounds very odd! There isn't anything blocking the propeller is there? You should try to get a video.

Have you called EcoTech Customer Service? I'm sure they would have an idea of what's happening.

Yeah I have a video but unsure how to post it. The prop is spinning and putting out a normal 100 percent output in my opinion compared to the other mp 40s on opposite side of tank
