can anyone please tell what’s wrong with my Xenia?

It's like that whole section of the Xenia is leaving the rock. the base of the stalks are white and not completely attached to the rock anymore...
 
I could be completely wrong on this so if a am don’t murder me but I believe Xenia will detach it self from the rocks to re attach itself in a new spot that’s how it spreads.

If that's the case, I hope it doesn't float around and meet the power head :/
I just don't understand why it would want to move from there. it's in a premium place already lol (i like xenias and i know they are like weed, but i like how they look)
 
Ours moved/oozed several inches to get the base in higher flow. Took several months before it was exactly where it wanted to be.
Weird but kind of fascinating to watch it slowly move.
 
It's splitting. It will look thin for a couple of days then before you know it, it will be as full as ever.
