What’s on my torch??

Hello I noticed these hard white stringy things on the Skelton of my torch as well as these red bumps on the torch. I was wondering if these are some type of pests or if it’s normal for that to be there.. thank you for any feedback.

Red looks like vermetid snails

is the red spot hard or soft? kinda looks like a sponge

+1 vermetid snails is what the reddish things look like. Kind of blurry but that would be my guess.
