What’s on my torch??

Hello I noticed these hard white stringy things on the Skelton of my torch as well as these red bumps on the torch. I was wondering if these are some type of pests or if it’s normal for that to be there.. thank you for any feedback.

fan worms can't really say about the red thing its out of focus
Here might be a better picture.. I’m pretty sure fan worms are harmless, correct?
