Picture is pretty blurry. Is it a hard tube attached to the frag?

I'm thinking vermetid snail. Does it retreat into a hard tube, that maybe is coiled up, and is stuck in place? If so that's a vermetid. They are a pest. Their slime nets irritate corals, they clog up plumbing, and their tubes become razor sharp knives that will cut you and your fish.

Video's working for me.

Hard to tell, but I'd say probably some sort of detritus-snagging worm. Spionid, maybe. If it's not irritating the zoas, nothing to worry about.
