White creature stuck to glass

New to reefing - what creature is this and is it friend or foe?

Does it appear to have a shell?

With shell Limpet, Stomatella, Citon perhaps. Without shell perhaps flatworm.

If it is a stomatella it is friend. And often eaten by others in the tank. Look them up and see if it is what you have. I love the little guys.

It looks to have a shelled back. And it’s really stuck to the glass.

@Elle7519 They are one of my favorites. Sadly many fish love them also. They do have a shell. But it really doesn't protect them.
