Hey! I was just getting home and looking at my tank when I didn’t see one of my clowns. I looked around the tank and saw her laying on the sand bed by my rock work. But when I discovered her, she immediately voiced up and was swimming like normal. However, she has a white spot near her mouth, and her gills may be enlarged? Sorry for the bad pictures, she kept moving and I couldn’t get anything better.

First off, are they eating and what are you feeding? The one is clearly very thin.

Update:
The clown is now having a hard time staying upright, and is going onto one side, and the gills are definitely inflamed.

This appears to be Brook. I would perform a FW Dip, however it's risky with a fish this sick, but could buy you some time. Jay suggested a 4 min Dip in a similar case so I would go with that. You would need to treat with Ruby Rally Pro, preferably in a 10 Gallon Hospital Tank with a heater and an Airstone.
As you indicated, they are eating well, but this does not explain the very thin appearance. What quantities per day are you feeding?

Thanks for all the info! I unfortunately can’t use a hospital tank, and I’m guessing the Ruby Rally Pro isn’t reef safe? As for the food, I’m feeding about an eighth of a frozen cube tenth of a frozen cube a day, and a pinch of pellets every couple of days. Sorry if this isn’t enough, I’ve struggled with high nutrients in the past and was trying to make sure it wouldn’t be an issue.

Ruby Rally Pro is reef safe. One of your Clownfish is probably getting the bulk of the Food but they both look thin. Malnourished fish are susceptible to Disease. An eighth of a cube is not nearly enough for 2 clownfish and even worse if it's Frozen Brine Shrimp which are very low on Nutrition. Mysis is much better. If they are still feeding, I would feed Pellets ASAP until they can't eat anymore. And they should be fed 2X a day.

Thanks, again! I’ll start feeding more.

Oops, sorry, I just checked, and it is in fact mysis I’m using.

Here
This clown appears to have a cyst or what be an infection often hard to treat as it impairs eating and normal breathing but often seachem Neoplex in a separate tank may help Mouth infections are difficult to treat because they often cause the fish to stop eating especially if fungal and Ruby Rally Pro would not help with this

Thanks, are those treatments okay to go into a display? I don’t have another set up. Also, I was surprised to see that when I woke up this morning, she was alive, and moving better than before. However, when I fed some pellets it doesn’t look like she could eat any if she tried going for it, and she now has this white-greenish circle on her tail. I can get a better picture when the light comes on

Ruby Rally helps with many clown issues and safe for coral and inverts

Thanks, I thought you said how this likely wouldn’t help the clown? Sorry if there’s been any confusion
Fish is a little thin - more of my concern
