It looks healthy but there’s this spot that doesn’t look too good or does this just happen sometimes.

Sometimes they just retract like that. I would consider it normal, but keep an eye on it for a while and see what it does. Look for any brown substance coming out of the head of it.

It has brown stuff but that poop I’m 100% positive because every time I feed it a day later it comes out. Thank you
