So it is not 2:30am on 1/14/21, I am sitting here doing my normal watching reef videos and looking at coral I'll never be able to afford. So it's just a peaceful night relaxing after a long day at work getting plans on what I'm going to do on my off day to my tank (water change and all the good cleaning stuff we all love to do). When out of no where my watch dog starts going crazy and tank shuts off. I'm trying to get some lights going around the tank to be able to see what just happened, well after about 30 minutes of searching I look up to my power strip (mounted on the back of my stand under the tank) and see it dripping water off the side. So I start digging around to find that my drain bulkhead cracked all the way down and had drained about 10 gallons of water before my system shut down. Thank God I have extra bulkheads laying around, so words of wisdom even something as small as a bulkhead stock up on them because you never know when you will need one in the middle of the night.
