I've been having the Algae grow and i cannot identify it! I don't thing it's cyano because everything I read says it's green in freshwater aqariums but blue/red in saltwater aquariums.

I dont know if I'm right or wrong but I recently changed from the red sea marine salt to the Coarl sea salt which would of boosted nutrients in the water

I've added a few photos for reference hopefully they are clear enough to help identify it

Turn blue light off. White only.

Cynobacteria comes in more colors than blue/green. Also, do you want to name it or eradicate it. The most common species is maroon.

Does it blow off easily and comes loose trom attachment?

I suggest you get busy with mechanical cleanup. Syphon cynobacteria out from gravel, blow it off from rocks get it filtered out.
