I used to just keep an excel sheet. Now I track in the Mindstream web app

None. I check alk and PO4 once a week or so and just take a mental note as long as it is in the range I like I don't sweat it. I don't really test any other parameters.

I used to use something called AquaPlanner. I liked it because it let you track hardware as well as livestock inventory along with install dates and maintenance reminders. With all the designer names on corals, being able to take pictures of things in the same place as I was recording test results was helpful.

I stopped using it when I got my Apex, but find myself wishing I had my list of livestock in the same place.
