Just found these guys after having my lights off in my qt tank for 2 days. Anyone know what they are and if I they are a problem.

Amphipods!! They're great cleanup crews and they're also a natural healthy snack for your corals and fish. Lucky you! :D

They're pretty fun to watch. They'll pop in and out of crevices looking for food, and if you watch them long enough you can even see their kinky mating rituals lol (jk, they just clutch to each other but still cool to watch).
