What are these orange blobs?

These have appeared in our nano tank on an old dead piece of coral I got with all our dead rock, they are maybe 3mm in diameter and definitely orange coloured:

Looks like vermited snails…. Scrape them off as they irritate corals.

I have scraped them off as this dead coral piece is not really hosting anything we care about so it's okay to take it out of the tank for a bit!
