I turned off the pump to feed the corals some reef roids and forgot to turn it back on. An hour or so later I noticed these tiny things buzzing/moving around above some zoa polyps like gnats. What could they be? (see the tiny white dots)

Hard to tell with them being so small.... collecting a sample and getting em micro scoped will be your best bet for a definitive ID
I went on your instagram and saw that you got a pulsing sinularia. I have been unable to find one. Was it mail order? Beautiful tank, by the way!

May be copepods, have a google and see if they look like them

Hey thanks for checking out my page! I actually got that fairly recently from a local hobbyist who has been aquaculturing it for 20 years
