I found these all over frags i just received, what are they?

Looks like a feather duster , just a filter feeding worm. Never heard of them being harmful .

These are tube worms which use their fan to capture food. To rid of them- you starve them. While some place gel glue over their opening, you can direct water flow towards them- Not at them and they will starve and vanish
