What are you hoping to accomplish for your tank over the summer?

Get rid of the annoying hair algae. Blackout curtains and convinces my gf that we don’t need natural light thru the dining window.

It’s ok to live inside a dark room saves energy

Well, summer may officially be a few days away, but summer weather is here and it's got be thinking about reefing projects for this season... What projects are you planning to work on during the warmer months? Is this a season where you get stuff like major projects done?

Getting my first corals, and figuring out the ropes on how to care for them.

Have four 20 amp outlets installed and get rid of extension cords. Repipe my chiller-need a plan

Just SURVIVE. Summer is usually low-maintenance mode for me and I'll be travelling a bit. If I can make it through the summer without any losses I'll be happy. Anything above that is a bonus.

Well it was a nice gesture from a friend. After installing them last night it turns out only one of the two units works. Silver lining was it was 14k btu and not 10k like I thought.
Still might have to get a window unit or something to get us by until the central ac gets fixed. Tank this morning was at 81f.

better than nothing, The window unit I linked was one that was priced decently, but theres likely better. I hope you can sort out your temp issues!
