What Can I use to replace Octopus turbine pump OPT-2000

Hi guys I was wondering if anybody has any experience in what pump I could buy to replace my broken Pump. Not sure what is going on with it sometimes it runs then it stops then runs again then stops. Is doing that very often maybe every minute. I did clean the pump and soak in vinegar and everything looks clean and neat inside.
I was looking online to get a replacement and I found this:
