what do you dose in your tank and why?

For those who don't follow any dosing programs and chose to dose elements they believe are more important to their tanks or corals, can you please share:
-What you dose?
-you reasoning for chosing what to dose and what not?
-how much do you dose?
-do you verify it by testing (testkits or ICP?)
-any benefits or side effects you've observed from dosing X elements

Dose BRS Kalkwasser on a doser and not tied to ATO. The reason is it keeps PH, Calcium, MG and alkalinity up. Also dose Alk - BRS Soda Ash and Calcium Chloride for the same reason.

Dose BRS MG - dose this so MG level stays steady instead of letting it drift. I feel I get less precipitation because of this.
Dose KO3 - I have an oversized skimmer which depletes the nitrates so have to dose KN03 to keep NO3 around 5ppm
