What do you feed zoas?

I've tried, but I've never seen any kind of improvement in growth rate.

One thing I know for sure is they really appreciate ammonia, and will also be happy with nitrates.

Mine show visible signs of distress when my nitrates hit 0 for an extended period. Not sure if it's the nitrates themselves, but there seems to be a connection there.
 
I tried reef roids and found out after they dont like the stuff... I'm just looking for something that can be target fed to them that is popular, I just dont wanna pick something and find out i could have got something better afterwards, would rather get it right the first time if possible..
