What do you guys think: fresh cut or not?

So I ordered a couple chalice from a vendor and this is a pic of one of the chalice I received. When I questioned the vendor on it Bering fresh cut he said someone sent the wrong frag he also said if it didn't make it he would replace it for two weeks the frag died I sent him pics he said he would cut a new one give it 2 weeks to heal and ship it out this was a month ago I've sent emails and have heard nothing back
