I was just curious, as I know there are many different approaches to this question. It may depend on where you are from, or just your general opinion, but there are so many different definitions on what "health" means.

In my opinion, health means to not have a disease, and to have a mental well-being. I think even if you suffer an injury, but you are not sick in any way, you are just injured. Not necessarily unhealthy.

What does being healthy mean to you?

To me, healthy means the ability to fight off infections and illness. Which comes from both physical and mental health. Stress, mentally or physically will make one more prone to sickness.
