When you go to the grocery store and get some fresh food for your tanks, what do you usually get? I only have 2 clowns, a firefish, conch, 3 nass snails, and a skunk cleaner. They eat pellets and frozen mysis/brine, but figured I would throw in some fresh food for them as well.

I don't feed any of that. just know that's what others use.
I feed pellets, frozen brine, mysis and blood worms and my favorite R.O.E>
fish love it. shrimp and crabs love it. corals love it.

what is the consistency on this like? It looks so small almost like reef roids? Is it a paste, liquid? seems promising

do you just blend it then freeze some or something?
I blend up seaweed, fish, scallops, squid, octopus, shrimp, mussels, ect all together with a little bit of water. Then I put it in ziploc bags, flatten, and freeze

So, if I understand correctly, all this goes in a blender then frozen. How do you break apart in small portions? Just snap off a piece? Where do you get the seaweed?

Yep. I only put a little bit in each ziploc so that it is very thin and easy to break off. The seaweed (and the rest of the seafood) I get at the asain supermarket.
