+1 get a mesh bad and put some carbon in that bad boy, just make sure you wash the carbon off before you use it

i have carbon in it but its like 3 days old!
and i put a sponge between chamber 2 and 3 as well and water change

ya i did a 25% water change and have the crbon they gave me but didnt use it till i got my toadstool leather 3 days ago and then this happened this morning so i did the water change and added a sponge and still cloud...not as bad but i dont want my nano to crash

Looks like a water borne algae bloom to me. I would recommend not doing anymore water changes, turn out the lights for 2 days and change the carbon every other day. I had the same thing happen to me a couple years ago and this process cleared it up! It will not harm any thing in your reef but of course the sooner its gone the better.

2 months and it cleared up around 830 last night so it all looks good... thank god haha
