What happened to my hammer? Is the flow too strong or something else wrong?

Typically when I see a member's euphyllia struggling I ask:

How old is the tank?
What is your water parameters?
How long have you had the euphyllia?
Do you have any Peppermint shrimp?
Do you spot feed them?
Have you noticed any Brown or clear slime coming from it?

Tanks been cycled since sept.
Been in for 3 weeks now
no shrimp
I do spot feed
No slime at all except after feeding. It is clear with food in the slime
I have 2 others that do not look like this.
Params are
Ammonia=0
Nitrite=0
Nitrate=0
Calcium=420
DKh=8
Ph= 8.1
Phos=.267

Just did a 80%water change because phos was way worse. The rest are typical levels.

Temp change isn’t tolerated too well with euphyllia. I’m guessing it is stressed from that.
Do you have any coral dip like medicoral from brightwell or coral cure from tropic marin?
I only have dip for new coral. No med dip. Wouldn't my other hammers and frog spawn look similar if they were stressed?

I recently lost a newly added hammer due to too much flow. That was due to a Nero that a snail popped off. I dipped that with the tropic marin and it slowly receded over the next month even with acute attention and care. Sometimes they recover, sometimes they don’t. Sometimes they die even with everything going right

Too much flow would definitely cause it to contract and could expose skeleton if it was intense.
