What has floated to the surface when you have bleached your rock?

Besides my water being dirty the thing that concerns me the most is that I have a lot of Bubbles and the bubbles are moving and then I've got this:

6hrs

12hrs

24hrs

It keeps getting bigger and thicker/higher.

I just did about 10 lbs worth I had sitting on a shelf to get ready for my upgrade. I didn’t have any black stuff but I did have a bunch of white foam stuff sitting on the surface until I decided to put a small powerhead in.

That's what seems to be moving. But I don't have any power heads in it or anything like that it's actually inside the house

May just be the stuff dying, I really didn’t pay close attention to mine. I just knew anything in 3 days time will be dead. I did 3 days in bleach water, now doing 3 days in tap water, then finish out with ro/di and Prime for another 3 days. Then let it sit for about 2 weeks to dry out, flipping the rocks daily.

Excuse my lack of knowledge on terms but what is prime?
