I am in charge of putting big things in a bigger thing, and making sure those "big things" don't move around when the "bigger thing" does :)

Much more important than people think... it's not quite like luggage moving around in a vehicle. Weight distribution in an airplane is just a bit important!
 
I perform inspections / calibration on clean rooms, O.R. rooms, laminar flow devices (where IV drugs are made), chemical fume hoods, biological safety cabinets, isolation rooms, laboratories, pharmacies and many other forms of controlled environments.

I actually work the lower east side of manhattan. Which restaurant? My partner and I frequent most of the businesses for lunch.
